HENRY CHAPMAN IS A MULTIFACETED (PERHAPS... MULTIDIMENSIONAL?) ARTIST LIVING IN LOS ANGELES, CA
At a young age, he started doing improv at the Brave New Workshop in Minneapolis, Minnesota where he quickly developed a love of comedy and crafting characters.
In high school, he was the cartoonist for his school newspaper where he combined his irreverent sense of humor and observational skills with his, as once described, “perverted doodling.”
In 2010 Henry moved to Los Angeles where he joined the Upright Citizens Brigade. Here he pushed his comedic skills to new levels and shortly after landed writing representation via the Gotham Group.
Over the years Henry has written for Mattel, Fuel Entertainment, Awesomeness TV, and Dreamworks. He's pitched and produced dozens of original content and scripts for networks such as Disney Animation, Netflix, Nickelodeon, and Cartoon Network.
Henry spends most of his time posting dumb weekly comics on Instagram, performing improv shows at Pack Theatre, giving pets to his cat Cheezers, and enjoying the occasional “dark night of the soul”.
